I’m Joe

I’m the founder of Legacy Homes ltd. I’m a builder by trade, but more then that, I’m someone who genuinely cares about the people I work for and the homes and spaces I help create.

For me, building has never just been bricks and timber – its about improving lives, creating safe environments, and delivering work I can stand behind with pride.

I’ve worked across domestic homes, commercial properties, and local authority projects, and while each sector comes with different requirements, one thing never changes: the standard of workmanship.

No matter the client or setting, every job is treated with the same level of care, attention, and responsibility.

Legacy Homes was born from a single belief; people deserve honesty, clarity, and quality when they trust someone in their property.

I saw to many examples of corners being cut, poor communication, and clients – particularly vulnerable people – being left stressed or uncertain. I knew there was room for a different kind of building company.

I have a particular passion for work that genuinely helps people – especially adaptions, accessibility improvements, and projects that make everyday living safer and easier.

Some of the most rewarding jobs I’ve worked on began as a blank canvas with a complex problem to solve. I enjoy visualising the finished space, anticipating challenges early, and making sure everything works not just on paper, but in real life.

That problem-solving mindset carries through every job, regardless of size or sector.
