The brief
The client was preparing to put the flat on the market, but years of wear and tear from previous tenancies had left it looking tired. The brief was to bring the property back to life with fresh paint and redecoration, creating a clean, welcoming finish ready for prospective buyers.
The work
We began by preparing the surfaces, filling holes and repairing knocks and scrapes to create a smooth base for decorating. We also thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom to remove built-up residue before painting.
We then applied two coats of paint to all surfaces being decorated, giving the flat a fresh, consistent finish and bringing life back to the property.
