The brief
The clients wanted to transform their tired garden into an attractive, low-maintenance space for relaxing and entertaining. The brief was to replace the old tiered decking, paving and lawn with a practical layout that delivered the wow factor while keeping within their budget, and to improve the existing rainwater drainage.
The work
We carried out a complete garden renovation, removing the old tiered decking, paving slabs and grass to create a fresh starting point.
After clearing the spoil and preparing the ground to the required levels, we transformed the space with high-quality decking, artificial grass and budget-friendly paving that still delivered the wow factor our clients wanted.
We also installed a new soakaway for the house’s rainwater downpipes, replacing the existing arrangement that discharged directly onto the lawn.
